An upward glance gives this portrait its direction. Rose, blue and warm earth tones shape the face, then soften around the hair and neck. Broad areas of unpainted paper leave space around the figure, while the contrast between the clearly defined gaze and drifting colour gives the painting its emotional tension.
Original watercolour on professional-grade paper, stretched over a wooden support and protected with layers of GOLDEN Archival Varnish with UV protection. Presented without glass in a handmade black floating frame. The painting measures 60 × 80 cm; overall framed dimensions are 60 × 80 × 3.8 cm. Supplied ready to hang with fittings attached. UK delivery is included, with dispatch within 1–2 working days. For delivery outside the UK, please enquire before purchasing.
